Working as a Mechanical Engineer in the Petro-Chemical Industry and farming Boer goats and Nguni cattle for many years, in 2015 André Steenkamp decided to pursue his love for the culinary art and to give farming and engineering a bit of a rest.
He is well known for his homemade style soups and Traditional Indian style Curries.
André loves flame grilled Steaks, Snoek and Dorado on a fire. Wholesome family meals being his speciality.
Damien John Hill
International Hotel School qualified Chef Damien, started his culinary journey by traveling to multiple countries from the Middle East to the Asian mountains and ending in the European melting pot of Italy and France.
Working abroad on private motor yachts, he learnt the art of fine dining. Time spent in Italy inspired his simple take on fresh ingredients. He draws a lot on all travels in food, always striving to give people the best the world’s culinary culture has to offer.
Food is a deep passion for him and creating moments for people to enjoy is truly key to the passion he has. So come and let Damien share his passion with you and create special moments for you and your loved.
Sandra Janse van Rensburg
Making sure Chefs is always stocked with top quality and fresh produce is Sandra Janse van Rensburg. Besides product procurement, the day-to-day admin is taken care by her. We have a policy of supporting local and she certainly does.
Jannie du Plessis
Ex Banking executive Jannie du Plessis, is the man responsible for making sure the books balance. Legal and financial compliance is his department.
